Who's really behind Alberta drug policy?

Many credit the premier's chief of staff as the architect of the "Alberta Model," but who's the engine? Let's have a look at friends of the UCP from here to California.

On April 16, I gave a presentation on my views around the true architecture of the Alberta drug model to medical students from across the province. Here it is in full.

A lot of this is cobbled together from various places, including work by Stephen Magusiak at Press Progress, by Kent Clark’s Twitter threads, and a couple of the early slides are from a previous presentation I gave to a crowd at Metro Cinema in Edmonton. For more information on cross-border connections, I’d strongly encourage people to check out Emily Mills’ Twitter feed.
